We did the Hurricane City Easter egg hunt, and Owen got the most eggs ever!! Here he is with his dyed eggs as well- I brought all the stuff and we did it down there.
Owen with his haul!! Mostly frooties! And Emma getting Eggs.
I got up early and ran around Sand Hollow before the Easter egg hunt-- it ended up being more than 10 miles- I was only planning on 8 or 9! But it was a pretty cool run! and the moon and sunrise were great.
Dyeing Eggs at Grandma's!
Emma's. Apparently I didn't get a picture of Maris with her eggs!! oops!!
Katelyn and Whitney's. We forgot to bring crayons, and Mary didn't have any down there, and we couldn't even find any strays in the car! But we used some colored pencils someone had brought, and they ended up working probably better than crayons!
As if we hadn't gotten enough Red Rock 2 weeks before, we went on a hike with the Cravens. Here's Emma and then Katelyn in a fun spot.
The rest of us had fun waiting! And THIS was the coolest thing ever for our kids! The upper parking lot was full, so we packed into the back of the Craven's truck and rode up- planning to drop everyone off and have me and Phillip draw straws for who would drive the truck down and run the couple of miles back up to meet everyone haha. Luckily we found one parking spot up near the trailhead so I didn't have to run more after my unplanned 10 miler that morning! Anyway the kids thought it was just the coolest thing to get to ride in the back of the truck with no seat belts!! Eric took this of Owen, Katelyn, me, Maris, Hazel, Justin, Ryder and Whitney. The other Cravens and Emma were in the cab.
We went home Saturday night so we could be home for Easter Sunday. And for the first time, the Easter Bunny came on Sunday!
Insert here- a couple of Eric's pictures from Emma's birthday! Opening presents, Emma and Lucy,
Owen enjoying the party hats haha, and me instructing the kids.
Spring had arrived, yay!!

Friday night we got to go to a Queen Tribute band concert (one of the reasons we went down) at Sand Hollow at the Rock Bowl. It was awesome!!
Whit, Kate, Eric, Lauren and Kurtis. The lead singer looked so much like the real guy, and he was out of control crazy!! It was so much fun!

Eric and Phillip took Whitney, Ryder and Owen up the rope, but then they had to wait forever to come back down because there was a big group of slow people. Beautiful though!

My Easter decoration- branches I cut from our flowering plum and pear. And the Carrot bundt cake I made and decorated- it was delicious! Then Maris and Whitney egg hunting.
That's all for Easter!
