Les Mis- Owen’s Stage Debut!

 Owen had a fantastic time doing this musical!  (This post is all the pictures of him NOT with Katelyn!) So, I was afraid at one point he was getting tired from the every day after school rehearsals-- I overheard him saying, "I can't wait until Les Mis is OVER..." and I was like "oh poor boy, he's exhausted, maybe I shouldn't have let him do this, he's so young!" but then he finished his sentence "....so I can cut my hair!" Haha. They weren't supposed to cut their hair until the show was over, so they could be more authentic French peasants. Anyway he had SO much fun hanging out with Katelyn for hours!!  And he did great with his acting and singing. He didn't get to learn any dances, no kids were in those numbers. So here he is front and center during the Beggars song.

Love this one of him fighting Lincoln and Austin for a handout! They were all so intense on this song, it was SO good!

Since he liked it so much even though he only got to be in 5 songs and had to spend so much time just waiting around....he must really want to do theater!!  And as a boy with a good voice, he has a bright future if this is what he choses!
