My dear Whitney REALLY enjoyed taking pictures at the temples: she took over 300. :) I will give you the highlights! ( Over half of them were either of flowers or blurry because she moved before the button clicked- she does have a cheap lame camera!)
Whitney loved this day. She told me it was the best day ever. Even though we were in the car a lot, which she hates (and we had the small car so she was squished in the back with Owen and Maris and got super annoyed with both of them at times!), she loved getting little prizes at each temple and taking pictures and she could feel the spirit of each one. She is very sensitive to the spirit and quick to love and talk about spiritual things. Her pictures are adorable!
#1 Payson!
She took at least 10 pictures of flowers at every temple! They are beautiful. I've put here a few from Payson-- the rest of the temples I've only chosen one or two to include. :) Also you can see her temple notebook here on the sidewalk:
She tried to take a picture of the Holiness to the Lord sign, and then made sure to take a picture of it at every temple. It was very sweet.
She also took a picture of the doors of every temple,
and of every fountain! Although there are several temples that do not have fountains.
#2 Provo City Center-- still under construction so we didn't stay there long!
#3 Provo
#4 Mt. Timpanogos
#5 Draper
#6 Oquirrh Mountain
At this temple we ate lunch, so here she is relaxing on the grass taking a picture of her canvas in a bag- I painted them each a canvas and at each temple they got a vinyl word to go on it that represented something about that temple for me.
and apparently she took this picture of a bug crawling on her. :)
and a storm was coming right as we left!
#7 Jordan River
#8 Salt Lake we thought her camera was broken so she didn't get any pictures!
#9 Bountiful
she discovered the fun of selfies!
with the Holiness to the Lord sign in the background
#10 Ogden
I love my cute girl!!
#11 Brigham City- we could see a chandelier inside through the window!
#12 Logan!!
The tiny, high up Holiness to the Lord sign.
It was really fun for me to go on this trip with Whitney.
