I finally figured out how to make sure that we got to go camping this summer: I asked for it for my birthday! Eric agreed and I planned it and we asked Derek and Raycelan if they wanted to come with us! It was a great trip.
side note:
In the fall and spring, this area is filled with backpacks and uniform sweaters, lunchboxes and papers. In the winter, add coats and snow pants, odd gloves and scarves. But I think this summer assortment of drying towels and swimsuits is my favorite!!! #iheartsummer

How do you say thank you to people you love for all the nice things they've done for you the last few years?? Take them camping so they can take care of and help and play with your kids, and one of them can fall while carrying your child and get a giant gash in his leg because he's trying to save her from getting hurt and end the trip with him getting 4 stitches? Of course, that's what you do! We love you @derekdhansen and @rayofsunshiiine ! Best of luck in CA, we will miss you!! #uintasdidnotdisappoint

While Derek was off getting stitches, we stopped to check out Provo River Falls-- and ended up staying for 2 hours!
It was awesome! Great end to the trip.
